I Keep Losing Akira's Red Head Gear

    Everytime I equip Akira's red head gear in kumite, I lose it, even though I don't lose the match and it's not a mirror match. Does anyone know why this is, and if there is a way to keep it? thanks, I appreciate any responses. Oh, my rank is 7th Dan and the opponents I were fighting were usually above that rank when I lost the headgear.

    Yea same happened to me. I lost the white head gear but i dont know if i lost the match cause i didnt even get it at first. I m 4th dan.

    I quit the match before I lost and I still lost the white head gear.
