    • If VF5US had a legitimate Single Player Mode, the new players that had joined VF for the first time would be just about now gaining enough confidence to go online and compete. Instead of VF5US being a ghost town we now have hundreds if not thousands of new converts venturing out to online play.

    • If VF5US had a legitimate Single Player Mode, with legitimate Single Player content, SIFU players who have beat the game, and want more would have a legitimate place to go. Yes SIFU could have been a gateway drug leading right to VF5US:holla: thats only if VF5US had a Single Player Mode. And as history has shown, good Single Player Modes, lead to strong Online Communities.

    • If VF5US had a legitimate Single Player Mode with legitimate Single Player content, Virtua Fighter would have lots of new Youtube and TwitchTv streamers. SIFU a Single Player Only Kungfu Bonanza created hundreds of new streamers who had never streamed a fighting game before. o_O The fact that SIFU has legitimate Single Player content gave new fighting game inductees a chance to try out the game without worrying about getting humiliated on their channels and streams. But since VF5US has no legitimate Single Player content those new streamers wouldn't risk playing VF5US.

    • If VF5US had a legitimate Single Player Mode customers who are just now buying and trying VF5US would have something to play. These days there are very few room matches to be had online. There are almost no new players in rank. So if someone is just hearing about VF5US for the first time and decide to buy the game, they've got nothing to play accept a watered down Arcade mode.:meh:

Having Legitimate Single Player Modes and Single Player content is a 100 times more important than Rollback Netcode. The next time VFDC members do a full court press on RGG/Sega with requests for the game, maybe they should think about prioritizing requests for legitimate Single Player Modes and Single Player content:cool:

Whatever kind of netcode VF6 is going to have, it better have strong Single Player modes and content, or a year after release VF6 online will be a ghost town just like VF5US is now:oops:

Yeah, VF5 US, and hopefully VF6, really need some single player modes, like the older games. But I think that bringing back all of the moves, throw's and stuff, that was taken out and missing from VF5FS and US, should be their number one prIority when making VF6.

Yea, I would like to see the moves added back., but with no Single Player Modes, and a ghost town online, you are:

All dressed up with no where to go:ROTFL:

The cool thing is, when DarkSydePhil was playing KOF15 months ago, someone in his livechat, spoke about putting single player modes in fighting games, to keep the casuals who are not interested in online matches from leaving, and even he agreed. Heck, someone in the comments, even agreed and mentioned you masterpo and VFDC forum.:D

For some strange reason, I can't link you to the vid on my tablet. Youtube and their silly updates. Lol! The vid on dspgaming is called The King of Fighters XV Launch week part 10. From 51:49 to 53:44 secs, he talks about casuals, and offline modes. And in the comments, someone mentioned you and vfdc forum.
