Info about the japanese Metal Gear Solid 2.

I need info about the japanese version of Metal Gear Solid 2.The question is:is the spoken language japanese?I'm
a fan of Ohtsuka Akio(The japanese snake voice actor).
I also know that the jap version of MGS2 Substance has English voices!!! Phew!!!

Are you sure about that?Because I own the pal version
of MGS2 so I want to buy the jap only for Ohtsuka Akio
and the rest of the voice actors.By the way who is the
jap voice actor for Raiden?

 

The E3 trailer was spoken in Japanese and in the making of disc it had parts that were spoken in Japanese so i'm 99% sure. No idea on the voice actor.
