Is Goh one of the least-played characters online?

i get what you saying mathematically it is average. but it would be nice to see 1/19 +/- for every character, since this is a very balanced roster,

 

Well, I am afraif you will never saw that, not even if the chars will be even more ballanced that they are now. It never was "average" in the past as well...

Like... People never like Jeffry much. Not even when he was on top.
Or... There will always be a lot of Jacky players. The style of that character is attractivce for many.
Or... There always be a lot Akira players. He is poster guy and he is made to look cool.
And there are more reasons like this (Kage being ninja. Aoi being complicated by her nature...) why certain characters will not fit in the "average" usage.
