There is a Champion Akira with a mask similiar to item 9 but yellow and white.How do you get that one?

because they are two look like eachother.(90 and 91)
90 from shop, 91 from "winner get price"

Akira'item I can't help you, Just some advice:
item 9 I think from one of the quset with star, not sure
item 68 I think from eventsquare, one of the tournament, not sure.(can't remember, sorry)

AFAIK glowing braces can be obtained by completing all missions of Mission Practice in Training -> Trial menu.

Easy way to get glowing brace is to set arcade difficulty very easy. And some mission like -dont lose more than 220 healt-can be passed by walking out of the Ring ( Choose Lau as opponent ). You will save much time
