I'm having a little problem getting these juggles to connect:

    *f+k, k,p,k (the last kit won't connect)

*MC b+p, k,p,k (the last kick again)

I don't know what the problem is, I tried delaying the kick and it still won't connect. Can somone please help? /versus/images/icons/confused.gif

some factors that might influence the reliability of your combos:

-weight; lighter opponents stay longer in the air...
-stance: take a look at your character standing relative to your opponents; if you see 2 backs or 2 fronts, that's OPEN stance... if you see 1 back and 1 front, that's CLOSED stance... certain combos can only be done in a certain stance
-and of course, whether your opponent was crouching, standing, trying to hit you, or recovering from an attack(but i think you know this one already)

gamesmaster pointed out a good tip though; try that too.

usually people don't delay attacks in combos in VF... i think... you know about guard-cancelling, right?

K,P,K only works on characters lighter than lau (and I think on lau also).
It won't hit on akira, wolf, or jeffry.

Vs. heavier opponents, I recommend doing K,P,d+K... it's the same damage.
Also it's a good idea to hold forward while you do the kick, as gamesmaster noted.

After b+P, not sure if KPK works. f+P,P,K works pretty well, and the best combo is always b+K+G -> u+P.

Thanks but I know about these 2 already. I saw both the k,p,k's on a combo vid and I just want to find the reason why it wasn't connecting for me. Based on what I see the most likely reason might be weight. I do use k,p,d+k but i want to get through with some of the other combos cause I like to varry my combos a bit. /versus/images/icons/cool.gif
