    Doesn't a move like 66K+G have enough push back on block to negate an immediate throw anyway? At least at the mid/long range you'd be using it for. Same for a max range 3k, it doesn't move you that far forward to be throwable if they're blocking your toe, does it?

    Absolutely correct.

    Looking at frames doesn't always tell you the whole story. Personally, I'm not a fan of just regurgitating moves from the Command List. To extract the same list, one can simply Sort on the Guard column, or set the Command List filter to: Guard = -1 (then -2, -3, -4, -5) to see the same moves. And then you need to apply some sense to them, such as:

    Does the move have a follow-up? If so, you can usually deter an opponent from attacking you immediately.

    Does the move push back? If so, they're out of range for an immediate throw, so simply guarding is safe.

    Does the move recover back turned? If so, then the normal nitaku rules don't quite apply.

    These are very good points. In regards of Jacky [6][6][K]+[G] he can recover backturned by holding back, and theres the added danger of BT [K] counterhit if opponent rushes in, which in turns gives a huge combo. To set it up better you can also walk away while backturned..

    (CH backturned [K][4] -> SS [P] -> iaigeri -> [P] -> [1][P]+[K][P][K] = 119 damage on Jacky for example)
