Japanese translation needed for images: Vf4 PS2

I have scanned two images from a Japanese magazine. They tell what events unlock the hidden extras in the PS2 version.
If someone can tell me what the words in the table mean I can translate the rest of the characters.

OK, let's see:
The header for the first column reads: ringu neemu (Ring name). The column seems to contain certain challengers that carry the items you can win.
The second colums reads something with reberu (Level). I guess the colums list the characters VF.net stats in order level, wins, losses, points (points unavailable when you reach the 10th level).
The next colums list the items you seem to win when you beat that particular Jacky player. First colums the stuff for you P1 and the next for the P2 Jacky.
You can see the items in the pictures above.
I'm not proficient enough to translate the whole of it, but it seems to be a list of all the lower ranking Jackys you can encounter in Kumite and what items you can win from them.
