Here is a little mix-up that I use every few games to create an opportunity for the TKOD. Use the standard punch, kick combo (P,K) frequently as a counter to blocked moves, making sure to slightly delay the kick. Then change to P(G),K,K,qcf+P+G. The trick is that the punch followed by a delayed high kick looks nearly identical to a punch followed by a guard-cancel followed by a high kick. Your opponent will block the expect P,K then attempt retaliation only to eat the following toe-kick and thus the TKOD.

The problem is that a good player will know if you've exceeded the frame window allowed for delay between canned P and K. Plus, it's possible to dash out of K's reach if you delay it at all - thus making it possible to actually interrupt Ks.
