Jeff Weakened Too Much?

    Jeff has been easily identifiable as a great character to play with since 3, but in 4 he's not getting much love. Ranking charts put him on the lower level tiers and most tournament play video's of Jeff's are just pathetic. So what's the deal? Is he really weaker in this version or by some strange anomaly he's just getting ignored?

    Ranking charts from gamefaqs I would assume.
    Definitely not ranking charts from mooks...since according the my copy, Jeff is equal second with Akira/sarah....losing out to Lau...

    But in all honesty, who gives a flaming fuck abt it.

    Anyway...it's silly to think that Jeff is weaker in VF4, since Ver C Jeff is quite a monster.

    Yes version C Jeff is just nasty... are there any famous Jeff players that I could look for video's of? So far I haven't really seen anything all that impressive...
