I'm an Aoi player, but I guess I'd like to give you tips to help you Kage players anyway on how to beat me and other Aoi players /versus/images/icons/frown.gif

Kage has many fast moves that can't be reversed or parried by Aoi. The cartwheel, the back-somersault ([3][K]+[G]), the [6][6][P]+[K]+[G] double-feet, and that spinning double-feet kick, are just some of them. Some reversible but very fast moves are useful too, like Kage's jumping uppercut ([6][3][2][3][6] [P]), or the [2] [K]+[G]. Stick with those and mix them up with throws, because, if your Aoi opponent is concentrating on reversing and parrying, he/she is likely to be vulnerable to throws. This is also true when your opponent finally realized that they have trouble reversing or parrying you, they will stick to guarding and evading, allowing you to get throws easier.

BUT, keep in mind that Kage's unreversable attacks usually have very bad recovery, making you an easy prey for Aoi to throws you.

    Well, hope that helps. /versus/images/icons/wink.gif

Hey, it's cool you have some advice for crushing aoi's, but I thought I'd mention that most of the moves you have listed are some of kage's slower ones... pretty much any VF attack that takes 20 frames or more to execute is slow, and as you mentioned they're also risky.
The fact that aoi cannot reverse most of them makes them useful though. There's one slow move that I thought I'd mention that gives you more reward than kage's other big moves, but for less risk.

df+P comes out slow, but it's safe if blocked and leads to easy 1/3rd life float combos. If aoi thinks you're going to use a mid attack and tries to reverse right away, the fact that df+P comes out slowly will screw her up (because you must reverse at almost the exact moment an attack would have hit). Once it hits, follow with stuff like P, P, ub+K+G.
