Kage's b+K+G

In Kage's move list section on this site, it says his b+K+G is a back escape move. However, I noticed that in Lesson 10 of the training mode it classifies this move as a spin move, meaning it cannot be escaped to the back or front.

So which source is right? VFDC or the actual game? Is b+K+G truly a spin move, or can it be escaped to the back?

if you did training, you must have a PS2 right?

Tell us the answer after you record kage doing b+K+G against yourself /versus/images/icons/smile.gif

How would I go about recording this? (Sorry, never done that before.)

once in free training (pick anyone vs. CPU kage) press start, go to record, then choose start recording. Make kage do a b+K+G.
to make kage play that action once, press start and do play, then start playback. If you want to make kage do it over and over, do play, playback settings, choose action 1: 100%, go to playback start, and choose yes.

Have fun /versus/images/icons/smile.gif You can test a lot of cool stuff this way.

it's half-circular, can only be dodged in one direction.
