Leading Sarah Players

Who would you say are the leading Sarah players in the world right now? And where can I find some videos on them?

 

The only one I know of is YOU, theres a couple videos in OH3.

I think on www.vfevo.com they have a lot of movies, Anii and YOU mind be there too.

But You is on Ote 3, SO you can easier finded.!

 

i'm not trying to brag or anything(honest), but i'm not impressed with oshu's sarah or black widow. i've fought them both on multiple occasions and they don't even come close to beating me.(i don't scrub either, she's my best character) black widow is better than oshu though. widow's got some decent combos. they're good but i'm better. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

 

Do you mean you've actually fought those two players, or that you've fought them in Quest Mode in EVO? Cuz those are two really different things. I've killed Chibita and Turbo Pai in Quest, but Ch. and Tsuchikumo would rip me apart in 10 seconds in a real match.

i mean quest and i know they are different things. though i've seen the replays with widow and all she seems to do is try to get a guarenteed throw and get the angel throw. that's about it. i'd get destroyed if i faced them with a joystick but if we use controllers i would stand a chance. i'm telling you, i'm a competent sarah player. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

 

i'm saying they're ai are easy. ihaven't beat them(i haven't gone to the tournaments.) but i think i could stand a chance.

uhm... no.

i can beat pretty much any of the AIs in quest, but that sure doesn't remove a tinge of my scrubdom.

there's a world of difference between competence, and being able to beat one of the finer players in Japan, a player good enough for Sega to emulate an AI against. and if g.throws are all you really see in those vids, then one may really question your competence as well.

 

I got a chance to play some of the real japanese players and I chuckle at you! CHUCKLE I SAY!

But its true these guys are much nastier than their quest mode counterparts (as I'm sure you know). Until you play them I would hold off any comments on how well you'd fare against them.

I'm not too good at playing Sarah players yet cuz I dont know any IRL, but I do wonder how good Ohsu's Sarah is. i got to see Ryan Harts Sarah practice a bit but thats about it.

question my competence, you say? /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif i may not be the greatest vf player in the world. but i'm pretty skilled, and you don't have to illustrate the immense skill it takes to defeat one of the "finer" players in japan. /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif i know that! my point is their ai does not reflect their true skill. i realize this is pretty much impossible because facing an ai and a facing a person is completely different. just so you rest easier i know oshu and widow would take me out in one of the national tournaments but you should not make the mistake of questioning my skills with sarah. /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif
