Lei-Fei combo question!

Ok I want to do this combo but I'm missing something in the middle (IN)d+k(DM)k(DM)p,p+k--> u/f k+g-->d/f+k while they are on the ground....

HELP please how do I get back in to DM stance after (DM)k

 

Press d+P+K+G quickly before the PP+K.

 

Thanks I'll try it tomorrow. How do I ghange between Lei-Fei's stances without doing any moves? Sorry I only have a Japanese command list and I can't read all of it /versus/images/icons/frown.gif

 

u+P+K+G --> Crane (independent)
d+P+K+G --> Scorpion (defeat/miss)
db+P+K+G --> Crab (evade)

You cannot get into Tiger stance without executing some move first.

 

Oh god, not someone else using this lame combo...

Apparently it can be struggled out of. (According to some of Howard's friends in Taiwan).

Also, if you see Lei move into Crane stance, ETEG will solve all your problems.

 

This is one of his best combos,the top players in Japan use it....and besides I don't use lei-fei seriously anyways....just wanna learn a bit about him.

the [IN]d+K can be struggled out of.

The boys down here can struggle out 30% of time. So don't abuse it too much or they'll get lots of struggling practice. Which is bad long term.

Yeah, I was practicing struggling out of the Crane d+K yesterday. Really have to hammer on the buttons and stick a lot. I found what helps is for me to hold on the G button but tap the P & K rapidly and circle the stick around, that way you don't have to worry about re-pressing G to block the follow up attack.

Of course, Lei can then G-cancel his stance and throw you if you struggle too much and block, so once again it's a guessing game /versus/images/icons/smile.gif
