I want to know why anyone would spend more time and pay more attention to this worthless drivel than they would playing VF? It's plain sad. Paying any attention is questionable actually.

While bungle can take care of himself, I thought I'd jump in and mention that he plays plenty of VF. He might seem absent from the VF4 scene, but that's because
1. He doesn't like 4 half as much as he liked 2 and 3
and 2. Most of the gatherings have been in NY, and you know how he loves andy. Not to mention floridians.

In the VF2 and 3 days he played a lot, and participated in tournaments, and he's not a guy who sits at home and studies frames and writes faqs without being able to actually play. He's won multiple tournaments in massachussetts and canada. When you call him scrubby and act like he doesn't/can't play, you only make yourself look bad.

 

Think about how stupid what you just posted sounds.

I don't care if you play VF. I wouldn't care if you were the finest player in the US. In the minds of most people with their heads on straight, your ability in VF does not transfer into respect for you as a person. And in that regard, you and blonde are totally fucking clueless. We don't give a shit about your skills, and never will. Whatever skills you actually have will never excuse you for being arrogant pricks w/o a single goddamn ounce of redeeming social quality.

#vfhome is just as much a social channel as anything else, and you being there makes you just as much a part of it as anyone else there. And if you cannot recognize that, if you piss off the people there, someone will say something back - you reap what you sow. Also, if you want to keep talking in #vfhome, you're the one who should mind their outbursts. You're not an op, and not many people like you.

So what exactly is your point? Since I never discuss the details of VF4 with you, it doesn't take anything away from anything I might say, other than VF4. And I've never had any flame-outs with you over VF4, so where exactly are you going with this?

I've always liked Hiro, we've talked on #vfhome. I had a shitty time at NYG2/2.5 but I don't wish it on anyone else (some friends are going, I hope they have a good time), or even TALKING about NYG3 in any sort of hard way to anyone else, jesus. I used to try to talk people into not banning you on #vfhome, because you made the effort once to work out something via PM with me and it gave me the impression that you had the potential to grow out of jackasshood. It's a bummer that I was wrong. It's a good thing you find irc to be "worthless drivel" because I have the feeling you won't be getting near #vfhome for a while.

Being probably the only person who have played against, rich, andy, imf and blondeone, I'd say rich could still cut even with all 3 of you guys. Experience counts a lot, and the dude has a ton of that.

Really I could hope for nothing more. It would give me a great deal of satisfaction to play rich. If he won more than me it would only make me play harder and get better. Unless he steps up to the plate though, he's still just retired.
