err, does ppl still go on fridays~~

i'll probably be there tomorrow (saturday) if anybody will be there~.

seems UK vf has gone quiet atleast here~

 

people mainly go on friday, buti think ollie and ironmike are gonna be there sunday, saturdays are dead me thinks

 

yes te main heads who still play ft on friday , are eddy, me, gho , ironmike, sometimes ryo, ryan and a few tekken heads, and tony but he's on holiday at the mo.
yeah I might be down this sunday..

 

I apologise people for not coming down. I've been extremely busy these last fridays. I wanted to go yesterday but I've managed to pick the flu of some nasty people at work.

ah ok no problems, it was just me and gho in the end, but we did have some good games /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif , I'm starting to hate pai less and appreciate her more /versus/images/graemlins/indifferent.gif /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

 

Thought I'd do an update post just for the hell of it,
Last friday was the last time we had games on the big megaloo, good games to all who came and played, looks like we have to give way to 3rd strikers now and play vf on one of them smaller cabinets as it's now been moved,
hopefully we will get decent sticks and buttons provided,
ft was moved because 3rd strike will most probably generate more revenue for them (shame I know) but what can you do /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif ,
anyways on a brighter note the manager has been trying to aqquire vf5, so if sega stop being assholes and release a western aracade version we will most definitely be in luck.
anyways hopefully people will still come down on fridays and show that vf still has a decent following in the uk /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

damn screw/hex bolt is in the way of mans palm in 2nd players stick!!!

buttons are brass also, to old and light weight

i fixed the stereo tho(i ripped of the "no smoking/fags on the cab please" sign!!, sounds proper tings now

 

yeah we knows the game got rinsed last friday, even vo came who's leaving to live in Dubai /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

but yeah I got a calluse on my thumb from them buttons, the sticks are okayish just a but stiff, I'll be happy if they can change the butons to sanwa, and make it more in an arc.

 

untill they sort out the stick buttons AND layout, you can never play that game seriously!

I'll try and get the buttons changed tonight,
anyways when we had the perfect setup good buttons ,and sanwa sticks no one played anyways.... ;(

sticks and buttons take getting used to (I will try and get them changed, I'm passing by today maybe, will try and ask)
and Gwai was playing a bit beastly Mr consistent I would say,

Hi Oli, thanks for the games on Sunday, that day was brilliant. I'm gonna come along on Friday after training, will get there about 11. Hopefully there'll be people around, but I'll phone beforehand just to make sure.

funny how when i was playing it the down input in 1p stick was SKOW

dont let me mention how it has concave buttons 1st time around also....

anyways i would play it, but the set up at the moment is much2much brassness
