London tourney this saturday

Gathering at my place this saturday. Starts at 2 and finishes at 8. If you need contact details them pm me.

I have 1 garanteed tv-ps2 setup. Can anyone contribute a second?

If enough people come on time well do a league or tourney. I hope to see everybody there and bring your own sticks.

ps: My stick is broken, does anyone know where I can get it fixed?

Its the same place as all the previous meets.

You can come via bethnal green but you'll have to walk 10 minutes to get to my place. Better to come from stepney green station as my place is just around the corner from there.

 

ok well if i have the cash to spalsh then i'll probably be there but by looking at this thread doesnt look like anybody else is goign to bother turning up.

yea i checked t5 out while playing mike last tues. didnt like it. still, a fun game i guess in sum respects.................

hello OMEGARED!! what's wrong with your stick? buttons knacked or stick knacked or both! :O i've recently fixed my SC2 stick since two of my buttons went dead. all i did is purchase some copper-solder-wick from maplins (the package is called solder mop), clean or suck-up (sounds ruuude) the old solder from circuit board (have to be spotless clean to enable you to lift the board off those buttons), clean the buttons and re-solder the damn thing! and surprisingly it works perfect!!!! easy........or buy some new sanwa buttons and rewire those instead. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif not too difficult and i only soldered a few things in my life without any knowledge in electrical goods.

Tsuujin > Tekken.5, a pound a go?? sod that....will play when it's out on PS2 in March. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

(Yeah not there for tekken 5 when it's pound a go innit /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif , specially when veteran Tekken heads will just beat you down /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif).

and whats the issuse about set ups?

i can bring a stick, but cant be bothered to bring a tv, after all i live far away from there.

Theres now two tvs+1 ps2. So can someone bring a second ps2.

I want this to be more of a daytime thing so can everyone come at 2pm latest, doors open at 1. Provided everyone turns up on time then well do the league(rules will be like ryans one). Come too late and ill tell you to leave.

cheers omega for the small gathering. Shame everyone else didn't come. Good play from everyone who went tho. I wasn't playing that well for I was suffering a killer stomach ache. Funny how it gave me a killer blow to the stomach everytime I attempted a TFT combo with Kage, lol. Rui should know about that when I missed the TFT in the moni league, haha.

Good play anyway.

 

yeah i threw my stick away as soon as i saw the TFT, but nothing happened!! lol
