I been doing low throws to punish lows, nitaku situations/ beat fuzzy guards/cf or on okizeme wakeup, etc

I've noticed that if I can make the opponent fall face first ( with goh 1P+K, 4 6 K+G ) if they recovery just in time you can see the animation long enough to see you can low throw them. the other times they land on the ground and wake up that animation isnt there. So when they are in gut collapse or whatver its called it seems the easiest to time the low throws. But, I have seen it in other situations as well... like when i tech roll and im not even ducking. mostly stuff on wake up ive noticed...

setups i sometimes use for low throws. Jump in the air, dodge low wake up kick, low throw.
Jab get advantage, dash back, see if they are ducking and low throw ( but much prefer a mid launch ).
I was wondering how is evryone setting up their low throws and how does it work vs tech rollers.

    out of topic question.
I remember u have 11 or 10 frames before the throw executes to break throws and 12 or sumthing like that after you have been grabbed. Does this also apply to zero frame throws?

How are you using low throws in nitaku situations? At -7 up to -11 (nitaku) they cannot even crouch in time.

Also regarding 0 frame throws I was thinking about this the other day myself and I reckon that you will only have the 10-12 frames (can't remember) to TE after they grab you. I think the only reason that you have the frames to TE with before they throw you is due to the 12f throw animation, which don't occur with 0f throws.

When I would low throw people it was only ever to punish lows and to beat FG, primarily I noted them as useful for their ability to beat FG.

That said I never investigated into how low throws can beat TR.

Low throws are guaranteed on opponents that are stomach or vital area crumpled.
    [Ex. Goh's [1][P][+][K], [K][+][G][P], CH [6][6][K], CH [4][6][P][+][K][P][6][P] ]

Goh's [4][6][K][+][G] gives head crumple; you cannot low throw head crumpled opponents.

Also some moves put an opponent in a crouching state long enough for a low throw to be guaranteed.
    [Ex. Goh's CH [6][K], CH [1][K] ]

You don't see low throws attempted much in these instances in middle/high level play because opponents will put in the throw escapes as soon as they are put into these positions.

The way I set up low throws with Wolf is by conditioning my opponent to crouch, watching for a point where they always fuzzy or after some cheesy set up (OMP backturn stagger shit).

As Shag said, going for it after the guaranteed setups is more often than not a waste of time as in those kind of positions your opponent can do nothing except hammer in those throw escapes.

it's probably better to just go for the guaranteed damage.
