Mad Catz KoF XIII Fight Stick (Standard Edition)

Finished this up today. It's got a Sanwa stick with octo gate, Sanwa buttons, and a KoF image I made in Photoshop and had lami-labelled at Kinko's:



It'd probably look better with 6 white buttons, but button labels alone aren't obvious enough for me.

Nice, but is there enough room for your hands to rest on the stick while being in button reach?

 

Absolutely! In fact, my biggest complaint about the TE stick is that it's too big. The SE sits comfortably in your lap, whereas the TE is table or gtfo.

Both versions though feature an uncomfortable slant on the button rows that, if anything, is slanted the wrong way. It's like whoever made these things plays with two left hands. The PS2 Virtua Sticks had the buttons directly over top of each other, which was much more comfortable.

I've often wondered how to change the art on my standard sticks. My sticks are customized to hell but the art is the standard Street Fighter IV art. I would LOVE to be able to change it all out.

 

Yeah, I am getting sick of seeing the old SFIV (aka the Zangief game) graphic all over mine as well. Is a nice compact size though, do prefer it personally to the large HRAPs.
