Friday Night, May 23- Lock-in.

Starting at 9:30, everyone from out of town, or in town, come out to play some games! We'll be setting up during that time also, but there will already be plenty of stations available for play. Plus.... ROCK BAND!!!

Saturday, May 24

Sunday, May 25
10AM-12PM- Registration (if you didn't come Saturday. I will be taking sign-ups Saturday, for Sunday games also)

5PM- A3, 3S Teams, GGAC Teams

I'll fit Arcana/Melty/VS in there also. Most likely Saturday night.

$10 per game

Venue fee- $10 per day. So if we do a one day event, $10. $20 for a two day event. This will be a two day event, venue fee will be $20.

Yeah...I don't know if there's a schedule yet but I'm sure accomodations can be made to make sure Flash can make it. It might already be on the 24th. Win tourney on the 24th...party on the 25th.

ALSO...anyone who's definitely going...post your name, where you're from and what games you'll be playing so that I can get a list to put on shoryuken.com. Guilty Gear is doing the same thing on the dustloop forums so it'd be good to be able to get an actual tally of the players that are willing to come down to play VF and other games from this site.

As of right now I have nothing stopping me from being able to attend. I am really excited about it. Never been to a tourney and hope to learn quite a bit not to mention meeting a lot of you guys.

Out of curiosity though, wasn't this the same titled tournament that people went to a few months ago and VF was canceled and nobody was told?

Actually VF was never on the list of games to begin with I think. IIRC, that's what the guy that ran the tournament said. This time though he said that there WILL be a VF tourney.

As I figured...no one's really posted in this thread for like more than a week. So far it seems Auvii is the only VFDC person (not normally affilliated with SRK) guaranteed to come out. Anyone else definitely coming? We're doing a last minute roll call on SRK for players coming out. Post your info if you're coming. Maybe there's some lurkers or people who just haven't posted who are trying to come. If so...let us know wuz up.

BTW...VF5 has tentatively been moved to Sunday. This is also a 2 day event and it's 20 bucks to get in for both days. If you're coming please plan to come for both days and don't just show up for Sunday cuz that's when the VF5 tourney is. Bring a TV for casuals or hopefully there'll be an extra free one to use. Probably not though with how busy the game schedule will be so it would be good to bring an extra TV to keep the VF5 flame going the Saturday before. I'll even see if I can get one of my friends to bring a TV to at least have something set up.
