yeah, but whatup with the PS3 version? If they bought the rights
back from Microsoft why just limit the reboot to pc and XBOX360?

Oh Well, I guess I'll have stick with Armored Core and the Transformers [IMG] Oh and there are some nice mechs in Lost Planet too [IMG]

Thanks for the link. It looks bad-ass. Shouldn't be too dumbed-down - 360 controller has two analog sticks and 12 buttons. They can re-map based on context, I'm guessing.

    OH #$^& SON [IMG]

Thanks for the link! Frankly, this is one game I wouldn't see coming...

Is that a Warhammer I see before me? [IMG]

...seriously, if this comes out about right, then I might really consider getting a new gaming rig. Here's hoping for a 8-9/10 material, the trailer looks sweet.

Also, going 1 on 1 against an Atlas in an urban environment? That things pulls off 54 kph on a good day, just cut a corner and run like hell, homeboy! [IMG]

Also, if escape pods should eject pilots like in the trailer... Why even bother? [IMG]

Yep. The warhammer lawsuit got resolved a few months ago! The eject pods are in the fiction and in the board game.

Yeah, I know there are pods in MW, it's just... A pod that ejects you straight up, then down a mere few seconds later, potentially back to the heart of the battle or a reactor meltdown doesn't exactly seem too useful [IMG] .

In every game before your pod took you outside the battlefield, so it just struck me as a bit awkward in that, otherwise mouth-wetting, trailer.

That, and a dude "bumping" straight into an Atlas as if it was an anime schoolgirl. 100 tons of a King Kong of a 'Mech hard to spot? [IMG]

(just nitpicking out of long-forgotten feeling of excitement over a game [IMG] )

The spy pod said 2 targets. You can see the atlas just moving into that spot (coming from behind the building on the left ) after the building crumbled down and threw up a lot of dust.
The Atlas pilot is clearly experienced as he picked the 'right momemnt to move in' for the suprise element.

Well, the way it was played was well done, the Atlas came out of a building right when a Mech was being blow up, which can make a mess on its own.
