Please post here your most anticipated games of 2004.

    My list:

    PS2: Metal Gear Solid 3

XBOX: Fable, BC, Rainbow Six3: Black arrow, DOA:Ultimate, VF:FT (LOL, I wish..), DOOM3, and of course, HALO 2

PC: Honestly?...Now that I have an XBOX with XBOX live, I don't give a fuck about my pc.. =D I might get Half-Life2 ripped, as I have the CD-key from my Radeon 9800xt package.

    Hmm my list:

    1. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
    2. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
    3. Zelda wind waker sequel. I think wind waker sort of sucks (NOT because of cel-shading, but gameplay) but I believe they might make the sequel rock. Lets hope /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

And one more thing, say the platform...

jeez-louis (i dunno if that's a word either /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif), for me finalé means that last of something, happy now?

You can probably guess the platform, some of 'em are multi tho.

Star Ocean III - Never played star ocean but this is looking pretty cool after the dissapointment of FFX-2

Street Fighter Anniversary ( II & III - excellent!) - I've been waiting ten years for this, arcade perfect translations finally at home (minus DC version)

HUGE fan of strategy games. I was going to add Starcraft and the Red Alert series there too but I thought that might be a little too old /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif. And I know some of these came out a long time ago (or not coming out at all in 2004), but im still anticipating /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

Lee, WC3 is not from 2004...not even Frozen Throne...

And it's about Anticipated games, not Best games of 2004. Except for Halo2, the other 3 games for Xbox you mentioned are on stores for some time now.

Dandy, I just hope they don't make the same mistake as capcom with Street Fighter EX.....I bet it will turn out as some kind of tekken...

OOPS! Okay then..I was wrong.. UC2 for XBOX happens to be on top of my list of anticipated games of 2004 after watching the big trailer...

Looks like a mix between Devil May Cry, The Matrix, Unreal Tournament, and something else I can't remember right now.

Anyways, it's great. I'm also looking forward to Full Spectrum Warrior. Seems pretty tactical and cool to me.

Another game I'm hoping to be great on Xbox Live is Mechassault 2.

So my favorite ones right now would be:

    1st Place-Halo2/UC2
2st DOA follow-up (there's code something, and ultimate.. I haven't spend any time looking for info about code, but I must find out what it is..)
    3rd Rainbow Six3: Black Arrow

Right now, I'll just get a SCART cable, a 2nd Controller. And later on, DOA3 (as it is cheaper right now..).

I'll think about getting SC:pT or Ninja Gaiden after that.
I've played SC:pT's mp demo on pc, and it was cool for a while. But even with more maps, and the rest of the items... I think it just might be boring after a while.
I also happen to hate the game's sounds.. Pretty irritating. Specially Mercenaries' sounds. Like the gun and the proxy mine's.

Ninja Gaiden might be a good buy for it's Live support. I would love to participate in Mission acompleshiment competitions. I'm such a Naruto fanboy, that it kinda feels nice, hehe.
