1. Hey Guest, looking for Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown content? Rest assured that the game is identical to Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown so all current resources on here such as Command Lists with frame data, Combo Lists and the Wiki still apply. Hey guys
I'm tired of my crappy underpayed job here, and when i'll quit I was thinking about moving (for like 1-2 years) to NA, Canada or maybe Australia, and find a job there.
I think the hardest process is the USA one (green card I think?)
Do you know if it's not to hard for a foreigner to find a job in english speaking countries?
I have an awful accent btw lol (french one, doh) but I can understand and speak well enough to have "everyday" conversation and maybe some more technical ones (VF ... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif )

So did any european experienced that?
Do the other guys (NA/Australia) met some euros in your countries?
    thanks for feedbacks : )

You'll be fine in the US. But, it depends where your trying to live at. In New York City, you'll be fine, nobody here speaks english anyway, lol. All jokes aside, what type of work your looking for? Because that's the major factor right there.

With craiglist(Online personal AD site that is widely popular in major cities in the states) you could pretty much post your resume up, or freelance for various companys. While you work in a restaurant like everyone else in NYC, LOL!

I don't know if I'd like NY. I was thinking about a more sunny place ... If I leave Paris it's not to get in another big city with crappy weather :'(

Sunny? Then try California, or Australia, I grew up in Australia and is working in California right now.

Australia is more relaxed - definitely more fun, if you want to enjoy life. If you want to advance your career, especially in the tech industry, then the Silicon Valley (San Francisco Bay area) is the way to go.

Both places have awesome weather - you get months of no rain, just sun (trust me on this, weather matters a lot to me...after growing up in Queensland in Australia, I can't live anywhere that snows, or even rain a lot:))

So it's just what you want to do with your life...although it's much harder getting a Visa for the US for the tech industry, especially if you don't have a bachelor (preferably master + degree, I had to go through this myself to work here). I'm an Australian citizen, so I don't know what it's like to get an Australian Visa, but from the sound of what's happening back home, it's a lot easier than the US.
