Doulbe palm's recovery time got worse(12->14) and its damage and range also got toned down in Evo. Execution is the same. Why didn't you ask me? =)

Yeah, I was bored so I checked it out. I'm still "Cygnus" on there. I was like "Man this dude doesn't know what he's talking about!"

But just to make sure, I checked 1/60 and guess what, it's always been 12 frames lol.
