To get the input icons you can either use [] square brackets around P,K,G or around any number from 1 to 9, alternatively they can be selected from the dropdown menu with the smilyfaces.

I used to call it a Tiger Knee too, still do sometimes, I guess it's probably nearer to Adon's Rising Jaguar than it is to either the Dragon Punch or Tiger Knee but wouldn't use that name because I hate Adon.
