New Man Need Help

Hello Everybody. Im new here but in the past I read some stuff from this site. Im playing VF5 form January. Previously I played Goh and i decided to change my character. I decided to start practice with Sarah yessss Beautiful girl

And I have some Trouble...

1)First Of all I would Ask: which Sarah moves(hits) are the fastest?
2) When Im in Flamingo Stance doing Kick,Kick then I dont have time to backdash or do anything else- and the opponent kicks my a.. I tried /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f_.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif but its not working always... What in such situation I should do?

3) Sarah got unique ,,Step" when i should use this step? In my opinion its.. wierd thing and i think its not usefull( who can persuade me?)

4)Very important question: What Should I do, when the opponent always attacking me? when the pressure is on High? I cannot do anything in this situation...Im trying /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif , is there any ideas for such opponent who is fast?

I will have many question so it would by great if someone could answer
