sigh...I *really* hope these are from ps2 version - as they look exactly like the arcade to me. They have tried to fool us numerous times already though...

I've tried to keep optimistic about the PS2 version of VF4, but Sega's odd media handling is unsettling. Most (if not all) of the "screen shots" were taken from the arcade version, and no playable version has been made available to the press. That usually throws up a red flag when the game in question is only a month away from release. Granted, this is Sega and AM2 we're talking about, those brilliant designers who pulled off a minor miracle with VF2 on Saturn. But until we actually see something genuine, there's nothing left but the doubts. And it would be a major disappointment to see the limits of the PS2 so early in its lifecycle.

Oh well, at this point there's nothing to do but wait a few more weeks and find out the hard way.

They're probably from the arcade version. All of the screenshots of arcade VF4 on AM2's site, which have been up for months and months and months, have that same stuck-at-exactly-30-seconds-remaining deal.

Yea. And, with their promises of "perfect conversions".

TTT is a wonderful conversion. I expect nothing less from PS2 VF4 and xBox VF4.

Don't tell such bullshit nycat. TTT was a simple system 12 conversion. VF4 is a naomi 2 conversion. this is a huge difference.

I still believe in an XBOX version, after the time deal with sony has expiered. After all AM 2 is running wild on the Xboxarcade board(outrun 2,vc3,...Shenmue 2)

I believe in one too, no matter what they say, I'm SURE Sega has no love lost for Sony, the company that put them out of the hardware business. They are doing VF4 PS2 to make money, after the exclusive period runs out, I'm sure we'll see a XBox conversion, remember the VF4 PS2 rumored went hand in hand in every story with the VFX rumor. There always being mention together at all times leads me to beleive there is something to it being as the PS2 rumor turned out to be true.

Xbox definitely will get it, Yu suzuki himself stated an Xbox announcement to be done right after the PS 2 VF 4 hits stores. Somehow he (Or I suspect that idiot Kayama New Sega COO) wanted the PS 2 ver to be out first...(Probably to get some revenue back & then see what new thingies could be added in to the probably above arcade perfect port of the Xbox ver) Also probably to tell PS 2 owners that VF 4 is way better than Tekken 4 (cos probably some of them only knew Tekken & thought it is god of 3D game when VF is the real thing)
