Next VF FT Tourney in America...EVO?

So what do you think should be done. Maybe get the Socal VFFT machine and maybe one other to run the tourney??

Or do we take a year off and wait for VF5

 

and where shall this fantazmic tourney be?

 

Shoryuken announces the details on Evo this Tuesday i believe. Whether VF is there or not, I'm going. And I'm sure I will find fellow VF'ers present wherever it be. /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif I dont care which version it is but FT would really be sweet.

 

well if EVO has no VF and if people still show up or interested...we might be able to do a VF FT tourney at Arcade Infinity

maybe hold a VF Infinity Cup 2 /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

 

EVO2K5 won't have VF since FT isn't scheduled for console release and no one wants to play Evo anymore.

I remember when I was a kid and the Lucky Charms commercials would come on touting the new shape of marshmellows and I would go to the store and they wouldn't have the goddamned purple horseshoes stocked yet. Ooh how that burned me up. 1000 marshmellow changes later I don't get so worked up when the rainbow anvil bonus satan marshmellows aren't in the boxes at my store.

I eat the Lucky Charms because I like the freakin Lucky Charms.

Evo makes for a damn tasty bowl of cereal if you ask me.

 

More than likely EVO wont hold it since its a console tourney. We can always have our own tourney at Arcade Infinity maybe others can bring there FT and we could have more than one setup. Just random ideas

 

I'd come if it were still evo. I am most likely going to evo anyways to compete in tekken 5. I am going to enter and mash with Christie to see how far I can get. If any Tekken head gets pissed off at me, I'll blame the game, not the player. hahahah

 

The trailer video is set to debut tomorrow with all the info.

ACTUALLY...

People can vote for VF4 EVO, but I'm not sure if its worth it because of the low interest. Kind of sucks because EVO will actually be held in Las Vegas in August.

 

Yeah, the chances of playing FT at Evo is close to nil since no word of console release. I would have really liked to check out A.I. and SoCal scene, maybe one day. /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

 

Guys, get over to Shoryuken.com and register and vote for VF4 at EVO.

I've started a thread in the Evolution 2005 board with my vote for VF4 Final Tuned. I mentioned that I am offering Toronto's setup to be used, if possible. Nonetheless, get over there and vote.

I would very likely go if they if they have Evo at EVO. I won't go if they have FT. I want my Lau to float on his on MC and + on mc. Rainbow colored counters seem like wackness to me.

Aren't there only three FT setups in NA anyway?
