This game is possibly the only game that will dethrone VF5 from my Xbox 360. I loved the first one to death.

I always thought nunchaku was one of the coolest weapons, but it was totally useless in battle.. i hope it will be better /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

The problem that the nunchaku had was that once you got the Vigoorian Flails (especially up to level 2), the nunchaku became completely redundant, as the Flails were better in every way.

Those new Flails look awesome though.

Hopefully they've toned down Flying Swallow or at least kept it the same as it was in Black. In the original version, it was horribly overpowered and made the game too easy.

 

They better have the option for japanese voice again

I've never been too much of a fan of these 3rd person action games but ninja gaiden is just too damn good/fun to play.

Devil May Cry has never really appealed to me like Ninja Gaiden does. It just doesn't seem as exciting or as much fun.

Haha, Why do the Ninja Gaiden 2 pics make God of War and DmC look lame? They are all different games, they'd look even lamer if they all looked exactly the same.

Ninja Gaiden 2 does look immense though and the 1st was really fun... apart from the part with the moving platforms after you fight Doku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif

Edit: I was just reading on Wikipedia about the first game and I noticed that all versions except Black were censored in Europe /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

Ninja Gaiden Regional censorship

...Lucky, I own Black then but this has me worried about Ninja Gaiden 2.

 

Was the European Black uncensored? I know the original was - human decapitation was noticeably absent in it.

I have the US version of Black anyway. My girlfriend got it for me and a nice t-shirt that has unfortunately faded now.

I don't think NG2 will be censored. From what I've seen and read, a lot of the fighting will revolve around enemy body parts being removed, and the obliteration of what remains.

 

The European version of Black is uncensored but all the other versions aren't, pretty weird.

I never noticed the decapitations were missing from the original, I just played through the first 20 minutes of Black and they are definitely in that version.
