NorCal Matches! (USA VERSION)

Hey guys,

All of you with the US version of the game are in luck! We have some matches for your viewing pleasure featuring me (Srider), KTallguy, and Sin#.

Instructions
Make a folder in your media card called PS3, then inside that folder make one called SAVEDATA. Unzip the content of the rar file into the SAVEDATA folder. Then copy them onto your PS3 HDD.

Srider, if you keep uploading replays I will go buy a US version of the game, do you think you will upload matches from your gatherings alot?

Ok, I changed them into zip files. Easier to deal with now.

 

Srider, my memory of testing replay files was that you could not create a PS3/SAVEDATA folder on your PC and put the replays inside of them. You needed an original PS3/SAVEDATA folder created by your PS3. I have the Asian version of the game and thats how I thought it worked. I will go back and test it again.

 

No, that bounce combo can't be teched.

 

Those are some nice matches, especially the Eileen vs Vanessa, one. But i'm curious; did you use these characters with custome clothing? Becuase my ps3 show's them in their regular clothing..

 

They must be regular characters because the Asian replays I downloaded have custom outfits on the replays.

 

No, we didn't use custom characters. They would show up if we had customized them.

 

No, bounces cannot be techrolled, unless it's not a proper bounce and registers instead as a slam (which occurs if the bounce move hits them when they're too close to the ground).

Yeah, you can remove commentary by going to Sound in the Options menu, i'm pretty sure. just lower the Voice Commentary volume to zero and you're set~

 

is there a way to youtube these matches? i wanna see.

 

Oh really? I was thinking that would of been impossible because it needed your character saved file to upload his/her costume clothing in the replay file.

Well, ether way, i'm happy to hear that it doesn't need to.

Srider, good looking out on uploading those match videos, you guys have a very diffrent type of play compare to us EAST coast guys here in Harlem. Love your setup combos, very sexy. That Jacky player is fucking sick, I saw the jacky matches at least three times in a row. His dodging technic is freaking sweet, he almost made the match look like it was in slow mo, and he was the one moving fast, good stuff. Can't wait to show you guys how me and my peeps get down, nah'mean!
