Umm there should be a button somewhere on the front of the telly there is on mine. It'll cycle through all the different channels then back to "TV picture". On mine its only 3. On our big widescreen mutha at home theres like 6. If its a real problem, maybe you should get a new tv. Pretty sure you can pick up a decent sized one for like £70 or so that'll support 60hz. Any of you have a birthday soon?

Shaun: Yeah Jeff is really easy too use. I now have a chance to escape some of your throws too! btw check out this

    [6][K]+[G](MC) > [4][6][P]+[G][6][P]+[G][6][P]+[G] ... 122 damage WTF???????????

I know its very unlikely to get a MC on such a slow move like [6][K]+[G] but even so its sick.

The daft thing is the throw is guaranteed on any hit so if you don't mind only getting a measly 100+ damage /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif you don't need the Mc.

I find it useful against rising attacks as it seems to have a huge hit detection window. It can also work well places in front of tr's.

But the thing is I'm at work and don't have to to piss about filtering out the endless crap that searching for anything online produces. Hence me asking here when one of you guys might already know.

But whatever, I'll figure it out myself.

it pretty much depends on the tv. some might have a frontal av button somewhere or let you switch via menu.

Some (mine for example) won't let you do anything except change the volume without the remote. /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I'm pretty sure mine is in the same gay mould as yours then. I'll see about getting a replacement remote or something....

Yet to try out the portable as yet but I doubt there'll be any probs there.

Pussy. You can forget about the different coloured stick icons for staggers too. /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I'll try and get it sorted.

if you want a good tactic for using the triple headbutt, then just do two. jeff will then let go and you have the opponent in a guessing game, you can throw out the triple headbutts again if they block, use [4]+[P] if they low punch, [3]+[G]+[P]+[K] if they low guard and [6][4][P] if they evade..... it works on andy all the time.
p.s. if they try and throw then use the kenka hook.........

p.p.s. this isnt a true guessing game, because neither of the two characters are at an advantage, but if you come out on top, then you will damage the opponent loads more. this is how i play jeff anyaways, i find it to be a pain to take half energy damage from pokes and low moves, so when i manage to get close to the opponent i try and keep the pressure on, and get as much damage as possible, even if this means risking losing more of my own health.....

Finally seen the extra UFO ending in Silent Hill 2: Director's cut, it's ok, but not as good as I expected.

    Does ne1 know how to:
1: Beat the boss in Hard Mode on Silent Hill 1 at the school? (He keep's eatin me!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
2.At the end hospital in Silent Hill 2 (when goin down the LONG twisting corridor's (when your with Maria & a pyramid head), how do you make it to the end without Maria dieing (Again on Hard), she keep's bloody dieing on me! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

BTW Have a load of new kage 'tricks' for the tounie, my Akira still suck's and I wanna drop Lau for someone else (a blind monkey with a pad in his mouth could use him IMO).

yeah, lau is the most amateur of characters to use, but he is still very good. hope your Kage "tricks" aren't just a load of different ring out combos from the TFT, coz they really irritate me.......
p.s. why dont you try using lei fei, no one up here really uses him, so it would give you a nice advantage.........

Hmm well mt Lei Fei is on Warrior and I can dance a bit with him but playing him REALLY can mess up your other play with different chars. He requires you to have a good knowldge of all his stances n flowcharts and how to move from one to the other. Depending on how things go I may use him seriously next time. Cheers for the Jeff tips though, he's one sick mofo.

As for those SH things...well Ade you know already that I've had trouble doing them anyway. Almost got the sub machine gun on res evil 0 the other day but I was a mere 40 odd mins over or something. Still I'm getting there. I'll be posting my Akira combo guide soon as I'm going home tonight.

Chris: Yeh tried to use Lei last nite, but can't get my head round him, mite try him again over the weekend.
I posted for help on s SH forum and have found out what to do. (You walk backwards between Maria and the pryamid head firing your pistol, but you need a LOT of health's apparently).

EV2: No my new trick's are not just for TFT. BTW I will continue to use TFTwherevea possible, it's like picking Jin in Tekken and not using Godfist!

Hmm yeah but considering its the last day of term and I live in a shit hole, I wouldn't spend a minute longer than I have to in it.

From what I've hearrd and seen it doesn't follow the characters from the original which is good and the effects are amazing. Thing is there'll be a generation of fucktards going to see it not realising its a remake of a true classic (previously banned) horror film.

Well went mad with my new overdraft and now have MGS Twin Snakes in the post as well as a load of DVDs n games...oh and cds too. Revoultions at the end of the week. Damn I need to work all easter too.
