nWo and Hollywood to the WWF.

How does everybody feel about nWo and Hollywood Hogan coming to the WWF?? I for one am soooo excited!!!

no it will suck hogan will keep people like beniot and rvd down. Man hogan was running scared of bret hart for years and refused to peform with him in the ring becuase he know he would look bad

 

Im not gonna flame you for your ignornace, cause im used to ppl. dissing Hogan, but to answer your question, Bret Hart was never as big as Hogan, dont get me wrong I love Bret and think he is one the all time greatest pro-wrestlers of all time, but he was just never in the same leauge as Hogan was, remember Hogan had the main event in no ln less than 8 Wrestlemanias, and when Bret finally got the main event at Wrestlemania 9 in 1993, he was beaten by Yokuzuna and Hogan once again took over and stepped in the ring and beat Yokuzuna to become the WWF champion for the fifth time, and in the upcoming wrestlemania 18(which im going to/versus/images/icons/wink.gif) he is gonna wipe the floor with The Rock and become WWF champion once again.

 

Hogan's from a past generation where the wrestling is so sedated and just not exciting - his finishing move is a leg-drop for Christ's sake! Put simply he is too old, and besides do we really want wrestling to step backwards (the days of Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior etc.) where it was really slow paced and the only way to make it exciting was for the wrestlers to pretend they were superhuman (eg when Hogan 'hulks up')?

 

chucky you really are a arogant person arent you. Just becuase someone is more popular doestn make them better. The rock is 10 times more know then beniot but everyone knows that beniot could out wrestle him like a grown man against a baby. hogan was a weak peformer he did the same thing again and again. hogan had a big ego and wouldnt put anyone over as well.

 

Hogan was very popular inded like Stonecold,the Rock and other big superstars, but that dosent mean he couldent wrestle, I think Hogan was/is a great wrestler.
