(Offensive/Defensive Move)

just a quick (and horribly noobish) question.

When going through El Blazes command list, there are a few moves that say something like " /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (During Offensive Move) or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (During Defensive Move).

What does Offensive and Defensive moves entail? Tried dashing, Discharging and all that and none of it seems to work.

 

Tap up or down to evade (= DM =Defensive move)

Tap up or down (evade/DM/Defensive Move) and hit all 3 buttons during the evade for a quick diagonal movement with a swishing sound. (= OM =Offensive move)

You can punch and kick during an OM (=offensive move)

DM is for evading linear attacks...
OM is to move in quickly but more from the side than the front...

OM punch will stagger a ducking opponent and has a quick recovery if blocked.
OM kick can crumple on a counter hit but is punishable if blocked as it recovers much more slowly.

Both types of OM attack hit Mid.
