Options after getting sideturned

What should I be doing after I get sideturned? Been playing a fairly many lions and of course with their crazy turn attacks i found myself sideturned a bit too many times

I'm just blocking at the moment but what else can I do? Seems like just holding block lets me dig myself a deeper yomi hole....

 

Evade is still avaliable after getting sideturned. If you decide to block, it's better to hold an easyTE, 'cause there's only one correct escape input. And if you predict something - you can always reverse this shit )
