1. Hey Guest, looking for Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown content? Rest assured that the game is identical to Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown so all current resources on here such as Command Lists with frame data, Combo Lists and the Wiki still apply. However, you can expect some VF5US specific changes to come soon!

I am now living in Philly. I would happily host anyone who wants to play some VF. I was playing once a week before I moved here, but have no competition now. I am experiencing VF withdrawl (sniff, sob).

I might be down. I can get to Philly by taking a bus from Chinatown in NYC. I'm sure some of the NYC cats wouldn't mind coming along as well.

'Sup. I may move to Philly Fall 2005. If so, look forward to meeting the Philly crew. (Is there such a thing?)

    PHILLY!

Rich and I live an hour outside of Philly... If you move there, once Rich and I come back from Japan we should be able to get some games in!

Nice! Good to know I don't have to necessarily quit VF if I do go there. Plus, it's only an hour or so by train to NYC right?

NYC is definitely do-able as a day trip from Philly, so even if there wern't any players around Philly you could get your fill up in NYC...

Philly is a great city... It is home to the cheesesteak (or Philly cheesesteak in other parts of the country)... It was where Nammy and I were born, and we both love it... So please move there /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    That is all,

    -Alex

ps and they have a great (American) football team too, if that floats your boat /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Pictures of a cheesesteak I made here in Japan, incase you've never seen one...

We are also home to the Wing Bowl

and a few years ago we were declared the fattest city in America! If that doesn't make you want to come here, I don't know what will /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    Nam and Super,

Thanks for the welcome guys! And I have had a Philly cheesesteak before....I'm Asian, but not FOB (I did my UG in the US). Watching the 76ers appeals to me more than the Eagles, though sadly there isn't much more to the 76ers than Iverson. I'll be cheering the Eagles for the Super Bowl though, if they can recover from the Owens loss. Shame that.

There's a good chance I'll be going to Philly, but I won't know for sure until end of March.

Yeah after I posted my note I remembered that you lived in the USA before... I guess since I'm in Japan now I'm used to people not knowing what a cheesesteak is!

I think we'll make it to the Super Bowl, although I don't think we'll be able to win, especially without TO...

Yeah the Sixers can be fun to watch... But you are right, they arn't really a winning team, although AI does have some great games every now and then... He's been on a recent tear and has scored around 150 points in the last three games he has played!

So why are you planning to move to Philly? That that where you studied?

I'll be going for business school--two years. I may end up going to Cambridge or Palo Alto, but right now the thinking is Philly.

You mean you only heard about the school a few days ago. You self sponsered or your company pays for your fees. Have you applied yet? I assume you are taking a MBA or executive MBA right?

I think the competition for a place in that institution is very tough. Wharton's MBA is one of the best in the US/world. You go there not only to study, but also to make valuable "contacts".

So good luck to you. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif If not, you can still remain and study in Insead over here in SGP.

I think you shoud come to Ohio. OSU is such a gigantic school. Size matters as someone said!
We've got the first Wendy's too. You know you want the first Wendy's!

Zeng, I applied for the MBA program back in October and heard about their decision to admit me a few days ago. I could self-sponsor or get the company to pay, but I'm likely to self-sponsor as I want my freedom post-graduation. It'll basically wipe out my savings though.

Maddy, I'd go to the Buckeyes for football, but I'm not that big of a football fan. /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
