    Sydney to Tokyo (129ms):

    Sydney to LA (204ms):

    Tokyo/Korea is as far west as I can go, and LA is as far east as I can go, both giving me 1-bar connections, and sometimes 2-bars. Anything beyond is unbearable.

    Anyway these are indicative only, and were run on my PC in my browser, although my 360 goes through the same router and the results seem to reflect my actual experience.
