What exactly do you want advice on?

Firstly the best way to practise Throw Escapes is either in Trial mode or in Challenge mode ( you don't have to master the really hard stuff you could just repeat the easier exercises a few times ).

About the clip...Forgive me if I am frank with what I say but the best way to improve is to be brutally honest with yourself and picky about what you chose to do.If not it can lead to bad habits.

Your attacking was quite nice and you used some stances well but maybe were a little too predictable with moves like [9][K]+[G] and the arrow punch ([2][P]+[K]+[G]) [P]+[K].A good player will easily evade these and harder ai in the game will do too.I would advise you to not rely on these too much. Also I noticed you didn't throw once.Though Lei may not have a large set of throws [3][P]+[G],[6][4][P]+[G],[6][6][P]+[G] and [P]+[G] are all still useful in their own right.[3][P]+[G] as it can lead to higher damage with follow ups like [6][6][K] ( hold [K] ) or [3][3][P][P] depending on weight.[6][4][P]+[G] is useful for damage.

Your defence wasn't bad either but you did take a pounding from Sarah's Flamingo stance quite a few times. When she enters this I find it best to block her three hit strings and then just sweep with [2][K]+[G] or use [2][P]>[2_][6][P]...if you manage to get a counter on the [2_][6][P] hit follow quickly with ([8][P]+[K]+[G])>[K][K].From his Tiger stance and Evade stances Lei has some useful sabaki-attacks ( as well as his [2][3][6][P]+[K] ) so learn how to use these and find out what attacks they will deflect.
I also noticed no Bokutai stance ( I think, only watched it once ) and I would suggest you use this stance to your full advantage.
Finally I would say I didn't see any evades I can think off.Evading attacks is useful since it can keep the initiative with you and is better than simply blocking an attack ( but you must be sure of how you need to evade the attack being performed eg if it is half circular , linear etc...)

It would not be right of me to say you are good or bad judging from just one clip.I would say you definately have got the fundamentals down and maybe now need to try some of challenge mode or explore the free training section to come up with some new ideas.

btw in arenas with walls I love to do this little ( cheap but funny ) trick:

Ground an opponent with a knockdown attack. Then enter Tiger or Evade stance and guard cancel it to leave you in with your back turned.
[6][K] [G] ( or [1][P]+[K]+[G] [G] ) walk away to the nearest wall and when your opponent makes a move enter [4][P]+[K]+[G] ( kicks off wall ) or [7][P]+[K]+[G] ( runs up wall and will somersault over anyone stood behind him originally ).The second move leaves you in Back Turned stance but facing toward your opponent but this is still useful as there are a number of special moves you can do from this.

    Have fun! /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif

No problem. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gifLet me know how you get an against later quest opponents or if you have any difficulties with specific characters.
On the EVO disc there are some very good replays of HanaBiRei to watch a good Lei in motion. When going through quest mode be sure to look out for Joe,Random Lei,Gamma Lei,HanaBiRei and of course Heruru.Save any of the decent fights you have Vs other Leis ( human or ai ) as on EVO you can now watch commands of replays as you watch fights so studying the ais will give you a better insight of what to add to your game.
