PLEASE HELP!!!

The thing is that I just received my repaired 360 today,
but it turns out it is getting worse!!!
My disc tray is stuck so that I couldn't open or close........

I called the customer service and they said I have to ship back to MS again and it will takes another 3 weeks!!!!!

What the fuck is that??!! Does it the most popular company should be? Anything I can do to against that ridiculous shit??

actually i just want MS to use priority shipment for my case,
i don't want to spend like 20 days on the way between cA and TX.

but they said they have to fellow the policy so they can't afford my request!!! All I need is to ship my console ASAP, that's it, but they can't!!!!!!!!!

I'm just wondering how can I have a phone call with the customer service manager?? Coz the operator can't do anything about it!!!

My tray sticks all the time. I have to force it with my fingernails.

Oddly, it only gets stuck when I try to open it when there's no disc inside. When there's a disc in there it opens just fine.

So I say press that "open" button and see if you hear some kind of click. If you do, try to force that shit open. Works for me.

 

Or anything else if you bite them.

Solves all problems with the teknologees.

 

Take the Face plate off Dennis its your best bet. My Refurbished 360 just came back like 2 weeks ago and the power button along with the disc Button don't work with the Face plate on. I took the plate off and now it ejects properly but i can't say the same about the power button. I have to dig my nail deep in to cut it off that way or just put the plate back on and it will cut off.

materials are not the only things that are cheap at m$.

 

when you call em back demand compensation (free games and stuff). the swapping consoles thing wont hurt MS though, just the store you do it to.

 

It won't even hurt the store. They will send it back to microsoft for a replacement.

 

Microsoft makes faulty systems... which is sad to say all my other systems outlasted it. I don't ever remember having problems with my Dreamcast. Sorry to hear about that Dennis.

my 360 is turning into crap now too. one usb port is damaged, and it ALWAYS takes a few tries for me to connect to xbl...NEVER on the first try like it used to.

 

Yeah, you can use your xbox 360 hard drive on another xbox 360.
