Can anyone please justify how giving Wolf a small counter combo that takes away about 75% of my health can be considered fair?

I know its popular to say this game is "fair and balanced", but I can't help but think there is no justification for giving someone something that can kill you with one mistake.

i dont know the commands or the name of the moves, but i think its Wolf's front jump kick (or chargagle horizontal chop), stuns you, then a mid punch to cause a front crumple then he does either the low throw where he grapples your arms and "sits your face into the ground" for lack of a better explanation, or just slams you into the ground. sorry i couldnt explain it better. pisses me off

i think thats what the combo is, i am too pissed to be sure, but its somethign like that

Sounds like Max charged [P]+[K]> [6][P]> low throw

Grussel the 6p isn't guaranteed and the low throw is escapable, you can even avoid the Max charged [P]+[K] by evading towards his back.

Plenty of chances to avoid it.

[6] [K] [+] [G] ithink(staggers on hit) [6] [P] will stomach crumple afterwards if theres no stagger recovery, the low throws [1] [P] [+] [K] [+] [G](use multiple low throw escapes to avoid all his low throw options). grussel u can stagger recovery and guard the 6p to avoid the stomach crumple. If u get stomach crumpled u can still avoid the low throws.

This is how you Avoid it.... AS a Jacky Player im almost ashamed of you for this lol!!!! Don't Evade............ PAK SAO that shit. Hold Guard long enough and before the initial swing release pak sao. It will shock the shit out of your opponent cause he was expecting a guard crush lmao!!! The "Pedigree" Throw is escapable.

There's also [IMG] [3] [P]. It only staggers on CH but that happens quite often against opponents who try to abare after getting hit by wolf's low punch.

Something else to also remember: if you do fail to unstagger fast enough, don't forget to also break a ground throw. Particularly if wolf is with his back against the wall since [2] [P] [+] [G] can lead to some nasty wall damage [IMG] or even worse a ring out - and from a relatively big distance to boot [IMG]

Wolf crumple low throws are unfair?

You can actually break it at 2 points assuming the first hit actually connects.

Stagger out and break the low throws.

I can't believe people are honestly complaining about this.

If by people you mean Grusselgrosser then sure. He just can't struggle very well online (or in general possibly) and may have not put the work in to input multiple throw escapes. I used to bitch about the setup when I used to have this problem too.

Its one of those damned if you don't things about VF. Put the work in or die. Similar to wolfs DMPK. Can you constantly escape it? Sure. Put in the work....or die.

yeah its hard to do that everytime, plus the [6] [K] [+] [G] has the same effect

    It's no worse than complaining about Jacky's [4] [P] [K].

And what are Wolf's low throws, either 2 or 3? And you can evade these throws even on stomach crumple??

And also, who the hell can stagger recover with an Xbox controller? Seems like its a joystick manuever only

I hate Wolf, I can hate him if I want.

Wolf has 3 low throw directions; 1,2 and 3. 1 and 3 are the big damage ones so make sure you break those, but there is nothing stopping you from doing all 3.

If you see yourself stomach crumpled just put them in straight away and you'll escape the throw. Of course this applies to all the low throw characters. TE on crumple.

    I'd say Jackys [4][P][K] is a better/more abusable move.

Why? everybody that knows jacky know to fuzzy after the backhand. Throw that kick out and its backturned Throw.

    I can.

It really isn't that hard. I think some staggers can be harder to break online though.
