Poll: Best final fantasy released

What do people here consider the best Final Fantasy?

From what I've heard 7 seems to be the easy front runner but before the release of 7 FF5 seemed to be the best the series.
You can for two if you wanna.
My vote goes for 7 then 5

 

It's a toss up for me between 6 and 7, but I'll go with 6.

 

Every final fantasy from 5 to 10 except 8 (worst in the series).

 

Too subjective. Seijuro here thinks that FF8 is the worst in the series, whereas I think it is superb. I have an equally FF obsessed friend that loves all but 9 and X-2. I don't really like 5, but love the rest.

For me, my favourite is X (that includes X-2 /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif), then 6. Maybe.

They're all exquisite.

 

Best one is 7, than 8 close behind worst one is 9.

 

10 is the worst in my opinion. They just tried too hard. 8 was dissapointing only by the fact that it came after 7. That and the draw system could be exploited 5 hours into the game.

best main villain: 6/7/9 (all the others just suck chunks blown from ass in equal amounts)
worst pc's: 4: Edward (that spoony bard!)
5: Krile.
6: Relm.
7: Yuffie.
8: Selphie.
9: Quina.
10:Yuna.

I would say FF6, and FF7... I also disliked FF8. A gunblade, c'mon now!

 

Worst main sharacter: 5 Butz
Worst PC: 10 Rikku
Worst man baddie: 8 Ultimicia
Worst NPC: 10 Brother (honestly why the hell would you name someone brother?)
Best main character: 7 Cloud
Best PC: Toss up between 9 Vivi, 7 Red 13 and 5 Galuf
Best NPC: All those Black mages that fall off the side of the airship in 9.

 

I´ll say X-2 and 8. ...still they´re all good. But X would take the bottom.

I happen to like his work better then Yoshitaka Amanos. Not by much though, and I do think Amanos a better overall artist as well.

all final fantasy games suck ass except for TACTICS, which rocks so hard that you dont even know man

Newer ones don't give me that good feeling when I beat them anymore. I'm really looking forward to 12 though!

I bought a GBA SP just for Tactics..2 days later, I wanted to throw up (physically..really..). The store gave my money back for the GBA SP..But I had bought the game in a store that didn't allow that unless it was broken..

I asked my mother to hide the game. I can't see that..It makes me SO fucking sick.. I swear I'm telling the truth. It never happened to me before..

I then bought an XBOX which rullez =D

Tactics is the slowest game ON EARTH. I don't even want to discuss that.. FFT simply, purely, SUCKS. AND I LOVE CHESS... But that game has the worst sound, and the worst gameplay.. It's so repetitive.. the story sucks big time.. and it's toooooooooooooo slow paced..

I can't think about that..makes me feel wierd again..

FFT is the best no doubt outside of the regular series but the rest don't suck ass. not all of 'em anyway. and when the hell is a non-GB sequel coming out?!?

 

Never play FFT advance, but every game followed with "advance" to date has sucked very much ass.
Final fantasy tactics never stood up to Vandal Hearts in that genre, but if you really want slow play Legend of Kartia. The Mr Slowy slowson of games indeed.

 

Most RPG Games bore me, and I've played my share of RPG's . I think story wise, 7 was the best out of the FF's I've played ( 5 to X-2 ) . Outside of the FF series Chrono Trigger would have to be my second favorite next to FF7. Hey there is a reason there is a FF7 movie coming out and not any other in the series. /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif SO SUCK ON THAT FF7 HATERS. *Cough* sorry... Now if only we could clone a Magus / Sephiroth child with a scythe-katana and a walking through fire, demon summoning attitude.
