PS3 loses another exclusive!!!

Devil May Cry 4 is going multi-platform . another PS3 exclusive to be headed for the X360 and not only that it will be released at the same time. i guess what's left for the PS3 is MGS4 and thats not a certainty either.

whats wrong with going multi-platform? most people aren't buying a ps3 cause they of the price so it only makes since a company would go with both.

The inbetween - Unreal Tournament 3 supports any usb keyboard and mouse on the PS3 but not on 360. Saves me from buying a nvidia 8800.

Its not doomsday yet - 1st party still looks strong. I would only be worried if any "exclusives" jumped systems. Oh and you also forgot to mention that the game is also going to be released on PC. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is NOT an exclusive. It already came out twice on the original Xbox. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is like another version of Ninja Gaiden Black. They are both tweaked versions of the original Ninja Gaiden, with different difficulty, some new weapons, and some new enemies.

Regardless this can't be good news for Sony. They clearly need to do something to reverse the momentum.

 

i think it kinda sounded like trolling topic, but sadly i own a PS3 and I'm not X360 fan either. X360 to me, means FPS games and i don't those either. if you ask me it's a good thing that a lot of games are going multi-platform.

The main reason why i bought a PS3 is coz of fighting & action-adveture games. so there is no real reason for me to buy a X360.

 

PhoenixDth: do you know if the keys+mouse combo works the same as on pc? I'm exactly like you, I was gonna get an 8800 but if UT3 works the same on ps3 then thatd be awesome.

 

Same here, and to top it off the select few games I did want to play on the x-box / 360 I got for the computer.

I think its pretty much left to epic to decide what keys they allow rebinding. I cant really imagine them denying the user to rebind keys if they allowed support in the first place.

 

Phoenix, I meant do you know if the controls work in the same way? You know, like a normal FPS PC game with a keyboard and mouse.

I really can't be bothered to upgrade my PCs. Every new game out these days are just FPS's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

 

But what about the PC modding community? The flat price of a PC game is worth so much more than a console equivalent, especially on a huge title like UNREAL, because of the modding community.

 

Jide I fucking love FPS games. Crysis looks like its gonna be the shit but needs a ruddy expensive pc to run it. I feel like I'm upgrading too often to be financialy worth it but if you can play FPS games with a keyboard and mouse on the ps3 then thatl be better.

 

Thats true, but I'm sure some users will be just happy with playing UT 2007. I know I will upgrade my PC for crysis, i'm just whining because I can .
