    On the email submission form it clearly says:

    "Please note that entering does not guarantee participation."

    What criteria they use for selection is anyone's guess!

    Oh, I forgot to say that I got in recently /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif Swell game, but I suck at it (frequently get steam-rolled in 1-on-1 duels).

    I know that friend invites are sent in limited batches over certain periods of time. For instance, during the holiday season and the Crash Test on Jan 7th there were a whole ton of invites available.

    But yeah, I'm not sure on how you qualify for the beta through the official QL site though, since I got invited by a friend.
