Quick Question

I have to write the word sinsai. Did I spell it correctly.

By sinsai, I mean the Japanese word for master or teacher.
For example, those of us who have seen the movie "The Karate Kid" remember when the boys were in the Dojo training with their master....

Master: Fear does not exist in this dojo, does it?
Kids: No Sinsai.
Master: Pain does not exist in this dojo, does it?
Kids: No Sinsai.

I can hear it and say it, but I don't know if "S-i-n-s-a-i" is the correct way to spell it. Can someone help?

Funniest thing is there is an actual kobra-kai martial arts school...they mostly do submission wrestling and mma.
