Ranks and Lions Moves

I have 2 questions to ask:

1-My Character is at Champion rank, i am not sure if it is the highest but i saw Daredevil and Phoenix.is it possible to get those ranks
2What is Lions guaranteed throw move

 

1. nope. you cannot get these ranks. Daredevil and Phoenix are reserved for 2 players who won some tornaments in japan.

2.best lion guaranted throw move is +, this always works. if you want you can try also , and ,

It tells you lions gyranteed throw moves in the game when u go threw the series, i dont understand why u would post a rank question here.
