    Hello!

Back in the ehrm old days of ehrm VF2, these two throws were really important to Akira. I still remember the big combo potential of the Reverse Body Check, after which /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif would always connect.

Considering the all the new moves Akira has now in VF5, what are the best follow-ups to these throws?

I'm pretty sure the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is still guaranteed after the body check. Not sure what else, maybe a fast DblPlm?

Seems good, but is it guaranteed even if the opponent struggles out of the "stagger" as quickly as technically possible?

Thanks for the advice, but I'd like ot hear more /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

There's no 'stagger' for the opponent at all since the very first VF4 to VF5. Side kick and dbl palm is guaranteed. If akira does side kick vs Sarah, she can use her turnabout 3K to hit Akira.

Uh, is there a particular reason why sidekick is guaranteed? If sidekick is, then shouldnt SDE be guaranteed as well? I have to admit I havent tested this thoroughly and Im interested, as I dont trust the training mode in these things.

Could be the SDE just doesn't reach them without dashing forward a little first and then it's too late to hit guaranteed. Side kick and DblPlm have a little more range.

Ideally double palm would be the best follow up, but buffering it perfectly is pretty difficult. Book some hours for that in your dojo room (at least i did).

Is the DblPlm kuzushi/stagger or is it a regular buffered DblPlm?

No kuzushi after reverse bodycheck so it has to be regular.
