Saving replays for Xbox 360 version?

Hi all,

I recently got Virtua Fighter 5 for the Xbox 360. I bought the Asian version. Unfortunately the boxart and manual is entirely in Japanese, even if, luckily, the game itself is in English.

That said, something's been bugging me about the game. There's an option in there which says 'Saved Replays', but I have no idea how to use it. i don't know how to save replays and I'm not quite sure how it works (can you only save replays of arcade mode play? And how do you go about saving a replay?). Right now the replay option is empty (no saved replays at this time). I did notice that the leaderboards has replays for some players who played 'score attack'.

As I mentioned earlier since the manual's in Japanese I can't really figure out how to do this/how to use the 'replay' option in the game....can anyone out there point me in the right direction?

Thanks. And apologies if this has already been posted. I did a search but couldn't find any related threads (perhaps because most people who bought the game already know how to use the replay option, since it's in their english manuals)

 

unfortunately you can only save replays of offline vs matches. the option will appear in the menu after the fight is over.
