SEGA enters the NFT business

How does this relate to VF5? Well, old-school players might not care but good luck selling Ultimate Showdown to anyone who is remotely environmentally conscious, younger or not.

 

I feel like an old man because I have no idea what this is. So they are entering into some sort of digital cryptocurrency thing, except it's not currency? I'm assuming it's bad for the environment because of the energy this all takes to operate?

On top of the environmental issues, they have 0 advantages to artists who get their art stolen and resold for big sums. It just happened at the Oscars:

It's a fad with no positives to anyone outside of wealthy tech assh*les.
