SEGA wish list

What are some games you want from Sega right know that are in Japan that we don't currently have. I personally want Virtua Fighter 5R, Yakuza Kenzan, Yakuza 3, and probably a few others that I can't think of at the moment.

PS: SEGA did a VF5R vid on there Youtube page so go over to it and hype it to high hell!!! Leave a ton of quotes for it.

- a good sonic game
- yu suzuki to be un-blacklisted
- shenmue 3
- us release of vf5r on ps3 and 360
- daytona online via psn/xbla
- a best of saturn collection type thing for ps3 and 360
- yakuza 3
- stop being gay about the guilty gear license
- console versions of hotd4, sega rally 3, a few others i can't think of off the top of my head
- a formal apology for every post-dreamcast sonic game

 

- Another game like Sonic Unleashed with polished controls. Unleashed is the best thing to happen to Sonic in a while, yes even with werehog which isn't bad despite what others say. It's the only Sonic game this gen I've bothered to play over and over.

- Virtua Fighter 5R the most up to date version if you please with a story mode, fleshed out quest mode like Evo, and a training mode like Evo. You know what? Just package VF5R like Evo with more VF goodies and you have (arguably) the best fighting game of all time.

- Bring back all their inner divisions Smilebit, Overworks, Hitmaker, Wow, UGA and the rest I may have missed. I don't want those precious developers wasting time and talent doing nothing inside Sega I want them making new IP's and revisiting old franchises dammit! Valkyria Chronicles and Yakuza are good examples of well made Sega games.

- A Shining Force game that's an actual SRPG and none of that actiony BS like Neo and Exa. That Shining Force Feather for DS is a step in the right direction but I want a console one by Climax/Camelot.

- Another Fighters Megamix using the Sega Superstars and the forgotten characters of the Segaverse like Sktech Turner, Astal, Pepperouchau, Joe Musashi, Vectorman, Blaze Fielding etc.

- For Sega to breakaway from Sammy, those are the true villains that killed the Sega we all know and love.

 

Quash and Truesonic, I think the question in the OP was which games that are currently out in Japan do you want the most...

Whoops your right! Sorry I read Quash's post and got all hyped up. As for those Sonic games you mentioned the best of em is Sonic Rush but that don't count since it's a handheld title and pretty much all the sonic games that have come out on handhelds since Sonic Advance has been good. I was referring to console sonic games ;P

As for Japanese games that I want from Sega are...
- 7th Dragon (DS)
- Shining Force Feather (DS)
- Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary (DS)
- VF5R (360/Ps3)
- Pole's Big Adventure (Wii)

With all that (currency?) we might get an R console release!

 

Chu Chu Rocket is supposedly coming to XBLA along with VO:OT, Jet Set Radio and Sonic Shuffle.

We're also getting OutRun online, so I can't argue there.

Things not currently coming that would be good.

R - no need to discuss this.
Shenmue 3 - I want to know how it ends.
FV3 - get some more Mahler action on the go.
Daytona USA on XBLA/PSN - this is a must have, greatest racer ever!
A new Jet Set Radio with multiplayer story mode - that would be so awesome.

Isn't this actually happening? I could have sworn I read about an xbox360 port with full online capabilities in the works.

 

How could I forget about Burning Rangers? I loved that game.

Talking of Saturn revivals, what about a sequel to Panzer Dragoon Saga? That still remains to me one of the greatest RPGs ever. Everything worked so well in it.

Streets of Rage is getting a pretty damn good homebrew release in Streets of Rage Remake. A new Shining Force SRPG would be nice, and I'd like to see a new classic-style Phantasy Star RPG. PSIV was one of the best RPGs of the 16-bit era. I also want to see PSZ on the DS get released in the West.

It was a hoax. It's not going to be released and never was, which is a shame. Besides, it's Spike/Human's franchise and not Sega's.
