this is NOT a video request in case you mods are wondering (hides)

Whenever I find a shinz video in the evo movie thread or on the net on my own, The download messes up. Its only for shinz too!! . Instead of seeing a vid of shinz whooping some unsuspecting fool, I only HEAR him whooping some unsuspecting fool. I only see those generic bars and swirls that you see when you listen to music with mediaplayer....and when I try to download a video (not a streaming one) the download takes a split second and when I open it the zip file has jack squat in it...

please help me, I always wanted to watch shinz but theres some sort of curse that wont let me watch the vids

Two-Bit-Mage, the Shinz videos at TBZone are all encoded with DiVX, so that's really the only codec you need.

Just go to www.divx.com, and make sure you download <font color="red">DiVX 5.02</font color> , which is free (you don't need DiVX Pro). This is probably your easiest option.

If you can't or don't want to download DiVX, alternatively you can download either the <font color="red">Nimo codec pack</font color> :
    http://www.divx-digest.com/software/nimo_pack.html

    or the <font color="red">DefilerPak</font color>:
    http://hellninjacommando.com/defilerpak/

    or the <font color="red">ffdshow</font color> filters:
    http://www.divx-digest.com/software/ffdshow.html

Nimo and Defiler are essentially collections of multiple video & audio codecs for virtually every media file in one package.

ffdshow is a custom open-source filter (based on XViD) which uses less CPU power than the official DiVX.

Pick any and you can watch Shinz. /versus/images/icons/smile.gif
