should I buy a 360 now or later?

Quick question for you guys, should I buy a 360 now or after xmas?

I have been keeping an eye on some of the deals going through ebay, there seem to be some good ones out there, but would I be able to find better deals after xmas? Am I hoping too much to try to get a 100-200 dollar 360? I just want the arcade console, don't need hard drive or anything like that. VF5 will be the only game I will purchase for it, most likely.

With Dollar crashing, it is fairly safe to say there will be no price cuts until late next year.

Generally, if you know you want it, get it now. The next big fighting coming out is likely the ST remake, and that's not until at least March I think.

 

If your going to get a 360 I wouldn't bother getting used at all due to some warranty issues that might pop up along with headaches of getting a RROD or any other technical problems.

As far as when to get it,supposedly the 360 will go through another revision and price drop before or after GTA4 comes out and thats not until Spring.

So you can either wait until then,risk getting a unreliable used one now,or just save a bit more and get a brand new one with the warranty still intact.I would recommend saving up and getting it new to be on the safe side.
